To get started, please complete the intake form attached in this email. Once we receive it, we will schedule an initial assessment with you.
The initial assessment includes:

Standardized assessment tools & direct observation – The Program Supervisor will assess your child's communication, social skills, behavior, and overall development to determine appropriate intervention strategies.

Parent/Caregiver Interview – A Clinical Supervisor will gather information about your child’s history, preferences, strengths, and areas of concern to create a comprehensive support plan tailored to your child’s needs.

Individualized Intervention Plan Development – Based on the assessment and interview, we will create a plan outlining:

Recommended therapy hours and schedule

Specific intervention goals and skill areas

Strategies and methods for supporting your child’s growth
